"New arrivals are flowing into our state like never before.
Between 1990 and 2000, more than 46,000 single family homes were
built in New Hampshire. More than half of these 26,900 -- were
clustered in Rockingham and Hillsborough counties.
This trend shows no sign of abating, in the next 20 years 85% of
the states total population growth will occur in the states four
southern counties, Rockingham, Hillsborough, Strafford, and
Merrimack."
